Kahler Glen Condos and Kahler Glen Building Lots
Kahler Glen real estate options range from building lots (either view lots or on the golf course itself), to condominiums and townhouses, to larger custom homes.
The original Kahler Glen condos were built in phases between 1989 and 1994. All the units are 2 bedrooms with a one car carport and are 1266 square feet. (Which is a pretty good size for a 2 bedroom condo.) Kahler Glen condos do not come with a garage, but there are detached garages nearby which can sometimes be purchased.
The Natapoc condominiums or townhomes were built between 1996 and 1998. They include a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom units and some even include garages in addition to carports. The 3 bedroom units are 1500 square feet while the 2 bedrooms are 1158 square feet.
In 2008 a couple of mud slides (one affecting a home) and an unprecedented avalanche occurred near Pelton Place and upper Miracle Mile. People looking at lots or homes in this area of Kahler Glen may want to inquire about restrictions that the Chelan County Building Department either might, or has already imposed. The avalanche only effected a small number of properties and the didn’t effect any condominiums or the majority of homes in the neighborhood.
