Leavenworth Summer Real Estate Update

Where has the summer gone?
Allyson and I have been really busy this summer with all sorts of exciting projects. I’ll try to highlight some of them here, but I’ve also added a widget on the sidebar for anyone who wants a play by play of what I’m up to. If you have a Twitter account, you can follow me here.
The latest project is 5 new lots at Kahler Glen that we are representing. These lots are on Kahler Drive which is the right turn when you come into Kahler Glen past the condos. You can see more about these Kahler Glen properties here. If you are looking for a nice neighborhood near Lake Wenatchee, Kahler Glen might be for you. It is a mix of condos, townhomes, and houses located on the golf course surrounded by forested hills. In addition to our lots, there are a few condos and some other lots available too.)
In the last week it seems like a number of buyers have come back to the table. This fall might be the turnaround we have been hoping for. I’ve been getting calls, emails and visits from folks who I haven’t heard from in a year or more.
