Leavenworth Real Estate Auctions
Foreclosures and short sales have been the number one topic of real estate in the past 6 months. We haven’t been immune in Leavenworth, but we certainly have seen much less distressed sales here than in other parts of the country.

Leavenworth has two real estate auctions coming up in November. It’s been a few years since we have had an auction – the last was for a number of unsold units at the River Park condos.
Previous Auction at River Park Condos in Leavenworth
The first auction is being held by Chelan County to get rid of surplus properties that they own. This auction includes a building lot in the Ponderosa Estates and a commercial lot on Highway 2. This auction will be done with sealed bids. You can learn more about the county auction here.
The second auction is scheduled for Nov 14th and is being held by Williams and Williams Auction. It is a condo at Alpine Place in Leavenworth. Details on the auction can be found here.
