Selling Leavenworth Home During Covid-19

Our mom needed to sell her single family home in Leavenworth during the COVID 19 situation. I had dealt with Windermere in the past and have had good experiences, so I decided to contact the Windermere agent in Leavenworth – that was Geordie. Within a week of putting it on the market, we had a  full price, contingent offer. After the 2nd week, we had a backup offer. The house closed yesterday. Done Deal! Geordie is very easy to deal with – a true professional. His knowledge of the market, pricing, and how to market a property is really superb. We only met Geordie once, about 10 days ago. All of our communications was done via mobile, text, & email. I would work with Geordie again – definitely.
