List price: $199,900.  Sold price: $200,000.

A smallish cabin in the Chiwawa River Pines neighborhood.  The home was built in 1970 and had the original interior.  There were a few competing offers on this property.

A wonderful old home built in 1912 with an extra city lot.  The house has had a long history on the market.  It originally came on in July 2008 for $375,000 without the extra lot.  Over the years it has had a series of price reductions.  The interior has had some updating but it definitely is a project house.  Three bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom and one bedroom on the main floor.  This is one of our favorite houses in town.

This condo, just past the Best Western condos on Icicle, was a foreclosure and came on the market with an original list price of $174,900.  The home last sold in 2008 for $258,000.  The owners put it on the market in the summer of 2011 with a list price of $219,000 but couldn’t sell it.
