List price: $235,000.  Sold price: $235,000.

This is an old farm house built in 1924 out Mission Creek.  The property has an additional manufactured home behind the main house that the sellers used as a rental.

List price: $399,000.  Sold price: $399,000.

This house did not appear on the multiple listing service until it was under contract and may have been a for sale by owner.  Large 1970’s home with a fair amount of acreage and creek frontage.

List price: $429,900.  Sold price: $415,000.

Out in the country between Cashmere and Monitor, this home was built in 1993 and features beautiful mountain views and a spacious kitchen.  The home has been on and off the market since 2008 and was originally listed for $579,000.

List price: $294,000.  Sold price: $274,000.

This new construction house is in a small over 55+ gated community at the end of Chapel Street in town.  The condo has an open living area concept and a two car garage. The house originally came on the market back in 2008 with a list price of $348,000.
