Downtown Wenatchee is also nearby, providing Racquet Club condo residents with all of the dining, shopping and entertainment offerings made available at the heart of the city within a brief drive’s distance. Central Washington Hospital is a short drive away as well giving you close access to medical services.
What are some of the rules and restrictions put in place by the homeowners association?
The Racquet Club condo homeowners association does not allow residents to post signs without explicit permission from the board. This includes signs that advertise units for sale and rent as well as signs promoting garage sales, which are only allowed with written permission from the board.
Exterior areas of units including patios and decks must be maintained regularly by residents and are not allowed to be used for storage. Also, antennas, satellite dishes, clotheslines and windchimes are not allowed to be hung outside of or attached to units.
The Racquet Club condos have a 10 p.m. noise ordinance that requires residents to significantly limit noise, including limiting the operation of household appliances. Each unit has its own parking space and parking spaces are only to be used by operational vehicles and all mechanical work on vehicles must be done off Racquet Club property. Campers, RVs, boats and large trailers are not allowed to be left in parking spaces at Racquet Club condos.
