In September, six houses and five condos sold in the Leavenworth area.

 

Leavenworth Sold Homes

18902 Highway 2, Leavenworth

List price: $234,000.  Sold price: $202,000.

Days on Market: 124

1 bedrooms | 1 bath | 1125 sqft | 3.77 acres

Log cabin on acreage west of the rest stop along Hwy 2.  Home has additional loft for sleeping space.

List price: $349,000.  Sold price: $325,000.

2 bedrooms | 2 bath | 680 sqft | 3.84 acres

Large three bay shop/garage with small two bedroom apartment above.  The property has Chiwawa River frontage however the home is at the opposite end of the lot and river views from the house are slight.  Acreage is mostly level and has a nice park like feel.

List price: $399,000.  Sold price: $395,000.

South shore of Lake Wenatchee lake front home.  This home was built in 1965 and has many of the original features.  Sleeping areas are found on the second and third story of the home.  The house originally came on the market in June 2011 for $780,000 but with an additional .28 acre lot, making the total acreage .94 acres.  When the house came back on the market in May 2012, the lot size had been reduced and the original list price was $495,000.

List price: $160,000.  Sold price: $150,000.

Upper unit in the K building at Alpine Place sold with furniture.  Original list price of the unit when it came on the market was $190,000.

Corner unit with a city view in the River Park Condo building.  I think the condo was on the market since Oct 2010 with a beginning list price of $375,000.  The seller during the 2010-2012 listing period recently quit claimed the condo to an LLC.  The LLC was the seller in the above transaction.
