Kahler Glen Golf Course is located between Stevens Pass and Leavenworth near Lake Wenatchee. Kahler Glen features an 18 hole golf course and driving range and is home to the Kahler Glen Restaurant. The golf course is open to the public. The Kahler Glen Athletic Club features fitness facilities and a pool, but requires purchasing a membership as well annual dues. In the winter, groomed cross country ski trails connect with those at the nearby Lake Wenatchee State Park.

Kahler Glen Condos and Kahler Glen Building Lots

Kahler Glen real estate options range from building lots (either view lots or on the golf course itself), to condominiums and townhouses, to larger custom homes.

The original condos were built in phases between 1989 and 1994. All the units are 2 bedrooms with a one car carport and are 1266 square feet. (Which is a pretty good size for a 2 bedroom condo.)

The Natapoc condominiums or townhomes were between 1996 and 1998. They include a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom units and some even include garages in addition to carports. The 3 bedroom units are 1500 square feet while the 2 bedrooms are 1158 square feet.

In 2008, an avalanche ripped a newer home off its foundation. The condos are outside of the area of concern, but people looking at homes located on Pelton Place or the upper section of Miracle Mile should consider the threat of avalanches or mudslides when looking at real estate in the area.
