This is a very interesting property.  The home was built in 1979 and has its original interior.  Most of the value is in the land, which has about a half mile of  Icicle Creek waterfront in two tax parcels.  The crux was determining whether or not the second parcel was buildable due to floodway and riparian area issues.  However, the property is very beautiful with wonderful mountain views.

This property is a large three car garage with basically a one bedroom apartment above it.  I believe the original intent was to build a bigger home on the property since they put in a large septic system.  The lot is very private and is super high Chiwawa River waterfront with no good access to the river.  The property was sold as a foreclosure.  It came on the market with the original owners in March 2011 for $479,000 and was on the market for 182 days.  It then came on the market as a foreclosure in June 2011 for $364,000.  I believe the corporate owners ended putting it up for auction.
