Who Sells the Most Leavenworth Houses?

Since Windermere no longer has a staffed office in Leavenworth, people sometimes ask us if we are at a disadvantage to the other companies who are located in downtown Leavenworth.

Allyson and I work out of a home office and Windermere has a conference room where we can meet with clients in the Mittenwalder Platz building near Dr. O’Brien’s dentistry office.  It would be nice to walk to some of our favorite restaurants in town for lunch now and again, but we don’t think that office space seems to matter much.

What probably matters most is who sells the most Leavenworth houses.

Windermere might not have as many listings or signs in yards, but we consistently sell more houses in Leavenworth and Peshastin than other companies.  Our two person team, Icicle Creek Homes, even does pretty well compared to some of the local offices.
