As a retired 20-year Realtor (majority with WRE) I recall a pic in a listing of a seller swimming in his outdoor pool, except that the photo looked as if the pool had a dead body floating in it. I called the agent who quickly removed it from his listing, plus with his permission I forwarded that pic to a Title Rep who did one day workshops on Improving Listing Photos. Still laughing about that one. Thanks for all of your information about keeping it real in this market.
