While I would never suggest a client not take actions adverse to their own financial interest, I am against the NAR lobbying for both this tax, and the increased and extended version they are pushing for now.  

They are simply taking our money, and childrens&#039; and grandchildrens&#039; prosperity, and handing it out for short term political gain to special interest groups like the NAR.  I would rather the NAR champion property rights for all which would create a much stronger, more solid real estate market in the long run.
