Leavenworth had its first auction for condos on Saturday December 13 for the Riverpark Homes located on Main Street. Simultaneous bidding occurred in Leavenworth and in Kenmore. Approximately 50-60 people were on hand in Leavenworth, though most were local agents, builders and looky loos. There were perhaps 10 buyers in Leavenworth.

6 condos sold during the auction which means the building is now half sold. All units on the 1st and 2nd floors are now sold.
Winning bids were as follows:

102 $207,500

103 $195,000

201 $312,500

202 $211,000

203 $208,500

204 $246,000

The end units (1 and 4) are larger and the 1 units have a large wrap around deck.

What does this mean for future condo sales in Leavenworth? How will other developers react to these prices?
